Bespoke Flooring
We can source, supply and fit the whole range of wooden flooring, from the more affordable pre-finished oaks, to unfinished, very long, wide planks imported from Europe and America, and other continents. For example, Wenge, Red Elm, Black Walnut, Coloured Ash, Grey Elm, European Elm, Sapelle, and many more. Carefully chosen boards give each floor its own character.
Floor Colouring
Commercial and high street stains can sometimes look overpowering, or are unpleasing to the eye, particularly on larger areas. We use very high quality stains, but even with these, we often “tweak” the colour to customize it to the exact colour match that the customer requires. This can be dictated by the furniture or doors, or to achieve a particular “look” that the customer has seen in a magazine.
Outside Decking
We can design and build decked areas using only the finest outdoor timbers. These are usually sourced from South America and Asia.
These timbers are very dense, and the oil content is extremely high. This greatly helps to prevent rotting, or deterioration of the wood, even with the Manchester weather!
